I recently changed to virtual sim however I am unable to send messages and unable to turn on iMessage. Same applies to FaceTime. When I do turn FaceTime on the screen disappears

Try updating your Network Settings and then reboot your phone

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Bernie2

You need to change the sim settings to tell the phone you are using an esim as it is still looking for the physical sim card.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
