Hi Would you be able to tell me why Virgin Media are still taking contract payments of £19 p/m when my minimum contract term has expired? Do I need to call them and cancel/block the payments? Cheers

taking out a new contract

i am waiting for further checks to be done to a new contract i want to take out, the page now says something went wrong. i am unsure if that is just because the page has timed out or if there is an issue with my application.

phone upgrade

Ive upgraded our two phones. I've installed the esim on one but my wifes is still being processed and after 36 hours we it is still being processed but her old sim has been cancelled. How long do we have to wait?
