I recently got a new PC (Ubuntu Linux) provided by my wonderful older Brother, however, I'm trying to log into my O2 account on the website, and even though up to now I've tried about 5 times, it hasn't texted me a OTP code to log in.
The reason is they told me in the shop back in February that my contract phone upgrade's due some time in mid to late August, and I want to see if this is right without having to physically go to the shop as I have various appointments this week.
Is there anything I can do because I hate talking to the automated chat bots?

The link worked the second time, I don't want to end my contract, as I quite like O2, I just want to confirm what they told me in February's true that I can upgrade next month?
