I've still got a bolt on going but ran out of data wanted to take it off as I've out money on my phone and wanted it to start again from today bit can't as I still have texts and calls left how do I cancel it

@CoreyJust log in to My O2 and cancel it there http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Or as you are PAYG and have any problems just ring 4445 and speak to customer services. It may have to run it's course for this month.

You can't start your allowances until your anniversary date.
You will need to put credit on to use data until then or seek out free wifi.
