Albania - Zone 2 - No Bolt-On

I need some help. 

I'm travelling to Albania next week and I see that the country isn't included within the Europe Zone 1, but is in Zone 2.

I'm trying to buy a Zone 2 Bolt-On but there isn't one to be seen. There's only Zone 1 & Zone 3.

Any advice is welcomed.
