Hi @zerox100
If it is already a PAYG tariff you can go to your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and change it to the £10 tariff.
If it's currently a contract phone, you will have to call customer services to change the account type
http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@zerox100Have you tried switching the sim into the other phone? You can do that if its the same size. Otherwise you will need a new sim. Either order from the shop or go into an O2 store if you have one nearby

However if your other tariff is contract then a PAYG sim wont work

You can only swap PAYG to PAYG...Or Contract sims to contract phones.

If unsure of your tariffs you need to contact customer services and explain what you want to do https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
