Random call divert

Hi

 

I have only been with o2 a few weeks and have noticed that calls from one number are being diverted straight to voicemail. I havent set up any call diverts and am at a loss as to why one number is singled out, yet others are fine. Its another mobile number in the uk. any ideas as to why or what settings to check?

I would suggest you first try dialing ##002# which will cancel all diverts and check if the number can call you.

If so, turn back on voicemail by dialing 1750 and check if still OK.

@dragon2656 Check the number in your contacts that's being diverted to double check that you haven't inadvertently blocked it.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I've tried cancelling call divert and switching it back on and that seems to have worked, but so does turning the phone off and on again! The problem is intermittent so time will tell I guess!
