random phone calls from unknown numbers from Stockport and different towns

I keep getting missed calls from unknown numbers. I never answer as I think they might be trying to hack my phone.

I get missed call messages saying: THis is a free call alert from 02. 

Are these numbers from 02? 441449516443 & 441753291239?

Missed call alerts are from O2 but that does not mean it is O2 calling you.

General rule is to never give out personal info to any cold caller.

Never agree to anything on the phone.

Block and delete numbers calling you.
