Hi
I was after some assistance, I ordered three sims on three separate accounts for me and my parents as I was originally paying for all three plans. One number has been ported over no issue, the other two have apparently been reported for fraud and I have been trying now for over a week to speak to someone to find out what is going on to no avail. We have all had these numbers for over 20 years and can not lose them. Is there any way to speak to this magical fraud team to try and resolve this as speaking to o2 for over an hour a day to be told something different every time is becoming soul destroying. If I could cancel this and not loose my original number I would.
Any help would be amazing as we just want our original numbers back and to know what this apparent fraud is.
Thanks
H

You cannot contact fraud and they wouldn't speak to you if you could anyway.
Try messaging O2 on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) and ask them to see what they can do for you.
