Hard to say. I have had a couple of times over xmas where its gone to voicemail, but the phone was next to me so i know it didnt ring.

Already done that and it works for awhile and then goes back to diverting most of my calls.

Hi Emilie I've tried cancelling call divert and switching it back on and that seems to have worked, but so does turning the phone off and on again! The problem is intermittent so time will tell I guess!
