I recently switched over from virgin to O2 and my calls are randomly sent straight to voicemail. The numbers arent blocked and voicemail is set to automatic if i dont answer. Switching the phone off and on again works for awhile and then it happens again. I only know when i get pop up messages saying i've missed a call and the phone was right next to me. Getting annoying as im missing most of my calls now and I have to keep ringing myself to check the phone's working. At a loss as to why or how to stop it.

@dragon2656

Try dialling ##002#.

This will cancel all diverts.

Then dial 1750 again to turn voicemaill back on.

Already done that and it works for awhile and then goes back to diverting most of my calls.

@dragon2656 You should speak to customer service if you've already tried that fix.

What happens if you turn voicemail off ?
Does it ring the phone or does the caller get a disconnected tone?
