Having spent 10 minutes listening to recorded messages, just been cut off before being passed to an ACTUAL person to speak to.  I've just checked my bank statement to find two lots of £20 have been taken from my account within a week and need to know why!  My usage is very limited and since I've been abroad for most of that time with the phone switched off in the room safe, I cannot understand why two lots of payment have been taken!!!!

That sounds ridiculous.

Sorry to hear that you were cut off before you could get to a real person.

 

I suppose you would really need to speak to Customer Services.

I understand the best time to contact them is early morning from about 08.30 am
