I've recently number ported to a o2 payandgo sim but discovered the signal isnt great. I've had a look at my02 but its still displaying the original o2 number (rather than the working ported in number) - The ported in number is working (when I have reception). Looking to get my PAC code if possible.

Thanks,

Resolved - This may help other users.

When I posted the first message, I was prompted to change my contact number (so this now matches what was ported in in my02).

Logged in from PC not app.

in my o2 Main Page

goto my o2 option at top left

under my details, select manage my details

scroll down to bottom and select 'thinking of leaving o2'

then continue

then switch and keep your number

Hope this help someone

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks!

Wish I'd found that before - I did search but must have missed it.
