Why can't I get trough to a number I have rang many times before

If you have tried two different phones then it sounds like a problem with his account

Ok thank you how do I get hold of customer services. I ring them am on hold for 2 hrs at a time before they cut me off and have to go through all over again. I can't get a awnser from there live chats as they say I have to ring them do you have any suggestions please.
