Can't Stop Marketing Texts - O2 PAYG

Hi,

Recently I've started getting very frequent texts from O2 about offers that are of no use to me.

I've tried to reply to the text directly but that doesn't work.

I've tried calling 2220 as suggested in the text, but that doesn't work either.

And I've downloaded the app to check communication preferences.  Marketing texts are definitely set to 'off'.

A post on here from last year suggested going through a live chat via social media, but I'd rather avoid that if possible.  Are there are any other options?  And can anyone confirm that they would definitely stop after the hassle of a social media chat?

Thank you

@Teller

The answer to all questions is, no.

But you appear to have tried all other methods, so you have no choice but to try.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
