I switched to a different provider but my number has not been transferred and the new provider blames O2 for the issue. Can O2 sort the issue please?

How did you switch? You should have got a PAC from O2 which you sent to your new provider.

Any issues with the port into your new network has to be handled by the new network, as per the porting procedures..
They will need to contact o2.

Exactly that ^^^
It's the new network's responsibility to carry out the porting and any issues
Contact them again and insist any error is their's to rectify

Earlier today at midday, you posted on the iD Mobile community forums complaining that your number hadn’t been ported over @Cosnick365. What you failed to tell people here is that the port was scheduled to happen today.

Just had a look, and seem he has been impatient with the port, and I agree hope no one has been in his account..
I also cant see anywhere that is public on the ID Mobile forum, blaming o2...
