The O2 Travel Inclusive bolt on is not letting me send texts or make calls from Egypt. . It is active and charging me £7 a day. When we got to Egypt O2 welcomed me to Albania and gave me a link to this bolt on as an option even though i already have it and it is active. Then I received another text welcoming me to Egypt but telling me i need a zone 3 bolt on. Unfortunately it also wont let me call O2 customer Services on the free number for the uk or 'calling from abroad' I was in Egypt in February of this year 2025 and it all worked fine. what's going on? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

Try manually searching for a different network.
Roaming issues are nearly always due to the roaming network.
