@Owen11 unfortunately it often plays up. Give customer service a call on 4445, not live chat.

@Owen11 it's probably because you need to register your card first which CS should be able to do for you.
I'd try them again and hope you get someone who knows how to help.
If not, maybe @EmilieT can help?

Although registering a card is easy enough via 4444.
You are asked if this is the first time you have used the card, then you just follow the prompts to register it in full.
I registered 3 cards when I was topping up via PAYG.
