I have been trying to set up auto top up. I log in, got to the auto top up click on it & go to another log in page. Just round & round. I tried CS, online chat with no luck. Even went to the shop. Please help

@Owen11 unfortunately it often plays up. Give customer service a call on 4445, not live chat.

I called 4445 & was told to go to the O2 store, whom then told me to call CS

Could this have anything to do with the fact that I changed from a monthly contract to P & G?

It shouldn't affect it at all. All ways to top up PAYG shown here

@Owen11 it's probably because you need to register your card first which CS should be able to do for you. 

I'd try them again and hope you get someone who knows how to help.

If not, maybe @EmilieT can help?

Although registering a card is easy enough via 4444.

You are asked if this is the first time you have used the card, then you just follow the prompts to register it in full. 

I registered 3 cards when I was topping up via PAYG.
