Hello, I'm having issues claiming my free £10 credit. I've topped it up with £10 as stated and sent the text to 21500, but the message keeps failing to send and says couldn't send message. Is there anyway to fix this?

Check if the top up was successful or not.

Can you text other numbers?

Try calling customer service on 4445 to check the sim is ok and they will also add the credit for you.

Hi, the top up was definitely successful, and I am able to text other numbers, i texted my friend and it went through. I'll give 4445 a call and see if they can help. Thank you.
