Data usage doesn't go down

Hi, 

Checking via app and desktop it seems my data hasn't been used at all this week. It has. I have a couple of zoom calls coming up and want to know what I actually have left. Can anyone advise how? Thanks

Zoom doesnt actually use much data, and throttles bandwidth when connected over cellular. 

The only other way is to use the phones data usage tool, and then that will tell you, as the o2 one isnt a live data usage counter.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Open your messaging app.
Send the text BALANCE to 20202.
By Phone
Call 4444 from your O2 mobile phone.
Follow the automated options, selecting option 2, and then option 2 again to hear your remaining allowances.
On Your Phone
Go to your phone's Settings.
Look for a section like Mobile Data, Data Usage, or Mobile Service.
You will see a breakdown of data usage and what is left.

I have the same experience @Nicnac123 on my Big Bundle. In my case, I have concluded that any bonus or rolled-forward data is used first and is not added into my month's data allowance. 👍
