After 2 days, 2 store visits and 3 lengthy phone calls. My old number still doesn't work 😕 🙃 😒  O2 have been absolutely terrible

There is nothing anyone can do on this customer to customer community. 

If you are having trouble migrating from Pay Monthly to PAYG, the best way is to port it out to another network, leave it a week and then port it back in or just stick with the new network. 

 

O2 based networks are Tesco and giffgaff to name 2
