Hi can anyone advise how the £5 bundle works please?

I have £10.00 debited from my account at the end of each month. From previous converastions with O2 on line, what I could gather was that I pay £5 for one month but then have £5 credit for the month after.

However, after having issues with payment whereby I needed to change my payment details I logged on to my account today and my current balance is showing as £20.00. Now not sure how the bundle works and is rolled over so would like some advice please.

@Lewy

£10 is the minimum top up.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi there I am good thanks, I hope you are too.

The only thing I am confused about is why I have £20.00 credit. Does this mean that I now have 4 months worth of £5 bug bundle to use and don't need to top up for a while?

@Lewy

Yes, as long as you don't use any of the credit for out of bundle charges......
