I currently pay for my grandson’s PAYG.

He has a big bundle, if I change to a rolling plan will he still be restricted to what I pay every month or can he go over and O2 just take more money off my card

Big Bundles offer flexibility in terms of payment methods (you can use top-up credit or a card), but require manual renewal each month. 

The only real change is the the need for a registered card for auto top up but the added bonus of data rollover
