SIM card with unknown phone number

I have just moved across from Lebara to O2 and ported my number across. All has gone well except the SIM card status shows that the phone number is "unknown". How can i get that corrected?

Assuming everything is working normally and your number is correct when making calls, you can't if using an Android phone as the number is not written to the SIM. iPhones allow you to write the number yourelf

All you need to do is check and add your number if needed in the RCS message settings.

Open message app, go to settings and either RCS or advanced settings.
