I ordered the Nintendo Switch 2 (Mario bundle) on the 8th of June - at the point of purchase it said that delivery would be ‘over 4 weeks’ but that you could check back for updates. That was 5 weeks and two days ago.
Annoyingly, there are absolutely no updates. The delivery info still says ‘over four weeks’. I called O2 last week and they said they haven’t taken shipment of the devices yet and couldn’t tell me when they might expect to. All I got was £20 credit to my account.
its just a really frustrating experience as I’ve paid an initial £110, they’ve done a credit check, and now paying about £85 a month for it but they can’t do us the courtesy of delivering updates. Its even more frustrating as other stockists like Amazon and Argos have been restocking and selling new devices.
It feels like O2 have over promised and under delivered. I’m now wondering whether to cancel my order and just get from another stockist as and when they become available.
Anyone else in the same situation?
