Anyone know how to get a refund of a credit on your final bill? I can no longer access my02 app and the website sends you round and around in circles. The website says that the credit will be refunded to your original payment method but that isn’t happening. I’ve tried calling but waited and waited but never get through, again sent around and around without getting to speak to an operator. How do I get my money back? The final bill system seems broken - are they just hoping you give up?
