Hi everyone
I'm just wondering if anyone else who is pay monthly and uses pay by mobile/charge to mobile depending on what your doing eg gambling sites or app stores etc it's worded differently. Anyways I started as a sim only and I was able to pay with my phone bill without a problem and upto an amount I personally put in place myself again without issues. I then was offered to add a new contract onto my account with device and my account is not in arrears and bills are fully paid and basically all is great. But since I added the new contract I've had problems with the pay by mobile and I'm not getting any where fast with calling o2 customer services even a complaint was generated still not sorted out. All I get is iv reached my monthly weekly or daily limit using this payment method and to contact my phone provider or use a different payment method. Can anyone help please I'd be mostly appreciated 🙂

O2 have changed something which seems to limit everyone to £20 a month.
No one knows why or how to fix it.
