Hi.

After transfering my husband number from lost sim to the new one I hear only " The number you have called is not recognize" confounded It's 3 days now. O2 is saying that everything is working 😕 but I still can only call at the number which was given from o2. Where is the problem ? 😞

Ps. sorry for my English wink

Hi @Lor you need to call back to customer services and ask them to remove the account block..

When a SIM is lost, both the account and SIM are blocked .

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

They won't risk sending an active sim in the post in case it goes astray so yes, call and ask for the block to be removed from the account.
