Hi.
After transfering my husband number from lost sim to the new one I hear only " The number you have called is not recognize" It's 3 days now. O2 is saying that everything is working 😕 but I still can only call at the number which was given from o2. Where is the problem ? 😞

Hi @Lor you need to call back to customer services and ask them to remove the account block..
When a SIM is lost, both the account and SIM are blocked .

They won't risk sending an active sim in the post in case it goes astray so yes, call and ask for the block to be removed from the account.
