How do I find my invoice on my account I am attempting to claim the free ear buds and I can't find the info needed, any help appreciated as it's driving me mad going around in circles

Huawei will accept any email you had from O2 as confirmation of your order

OR

If you go into My Orders in My O2 click on your device details, then you can download that as a PDF and attach to your claim.

Another way is to check through this guide Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? 

and print off the relevant device details.
