Hello,

I purchased an O2 Huawei mobile wi-fi router from my local (now closed) O2 shop six years ago and still pay O2 a monthly direct debit for internet access. I changed my mobile phone provider and phone number a while back and can no longer access My O2 to check my internet usage as the O2-generated security number is still being sent to my old obsolete mobile number. Any suggestions as to how I can access My O2 again would be most appreciated.

You will need to contact o2 on 0344 809 0202 and ask them to change the mobile number associated with the account so that you can access the account again.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

You will need to contact O2.

You may need your security information associated with the SIM

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
