Nokia Lumia 620 Internet connection

I can't get my new L620 to connect to the internet. I have requested settings by text several times. The phone connects to my BT router/hub either using the WAP connection or the openzone but doesn't get beyond this.

Wifi will always over-ride 3G when connected.
Also, in settings >wifi >advanced make sure that wifi is always on when screen times out.
Good result btw slight_smile

OK, 1 step at a time.
Have you connected successfully to your wifi router?
ie scanned for a wifi connection, pressed connect and entered your password?

I have entered router password. Phone says connected. (Also I tried an alternative connection to the openzone on my router which I expect is less likely to block anything. This also said connected. )

Rebooted router. Also reset wifi settings in phone to ensure it connected to Homehub. Says connected but still no internet access.
