The o2 network was down yesterday and affected people in different ways.

Update 23:45hrs

The intermittent problems experienced by some of our customers today have now been resolved.

Routine upgrade work on our 2G and 3G networks led to unexpected congestion affecting around 1% of O2 customers. We apologise to those customers and thank them for their patience.

If the service does not return to you then ring o2 on 202 Contract / 4445 Payg to ensure your account is Ok.

Which phone are you using ?

Try a soft reboot of your phone.

Google for the process.

Look in your phone for a settings along the lines of " reset your network settings"
