I signed up on the 26th March, however I haven't recieved my sim card

Sim cards are sent via Royal Mail @Mitz74 , and with the double bank holiday it could be stuck somewhere.
If you haven't received it by the end of the week, visit your local o2 store with some photo ID and see if they can hand you a replacement directly.
