ESim activation after number porting

the sim card I had with my previous provider has been cancelled, and I didn't activate my esim before the porting, so now I cannot log in to my O2 account because the account is tied to the phone number that has been deactivated. I need to request a new sim card but now I can't even access my account. Please help!
