Insurance company asked me for proof of usage document with IMEI of device, also, to be shown first and last time when device has been conected. Any suggestion?

@IGabrielN customer services have a standard template letter they can send you with all the details required by you insurance company http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Your bill in My O2 will show proof of usage and the IMEI of device can be found in Device Details

The bill does not contain the device and imei number and first time and last time used. Please remove this as solution
