Hi All,
When I go on My O2 to track my order it only brings up the previous order of my current phone and not the recent order of my new phone that I got the email about to say it's on it's way. What should I do? My current phone is broken and so I won't be able to see the message about when the new phone shpuld be arriving.

If ypu have had an email to say it's dispatched then you should be able to track it. Unless the system is yet to catch up! https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/how-to-track-your-order
