not receiving text messages

I did an upgrade on Sunday and not receiving text messages can send Texas call but just can't receive them

I have been informed their technical teams are investigating the issue and that we should restart our phones at regular intervals until it is resolved.

I am taking the response in the chat that they acknowledge this is an issue on their end - although they did not explicitly say that.

I have mentioned @Chris_K  on this thread @Verteron 

He works for the Social Media team and is usually the first to be told if there is an issue. I hope he is online.

Excellent, it sounds like there might be a resolution hopefully sooner rather than later. It does take the shine off the new phone a bit.

Thanks for the info - O2 were also trying to get rid of me off the line as I have tried to receive on both my Note 8 and S20. to no avail.

Mine's just started working! At last. I woke up to text messages working, but none that had been sent to me yesterday have come through. At least it's working now

Yes official conformation that the text service is working again came through this morning.
