not receiving text messages

I did an upgrade on Sunday and not receiving text messages can send Texas call but just can't receive them

Looks like there is a problem with this happening to alot of people

This IS happening to many many people. Sometimes due to porting... other times it's the new S20 or a couple of new iPhones.

Obviously an issue and only O2 can sort it I'm afraid.

I had the S9 and upgraded to the S20 plus I am trying everything to get my text messages to work I need them to work for a code x

I have the same problem. I ported in from another network I can receive calls and sent texts but can’t receive any.

iMessage is also not activating

Same problem. Changed from S9 to S20 on Monday. All worked fine at first but stopped getting texts on Tuesday. Have tried everything but not working. Even tried factory reset and now cannot log onto some accounts as I need to authentication text

I have tried to contact 02 about this problem but I am not getting anywhere

It seems to be a problem at O2's end and  hopefully they are looking into it.
