I have a new phone/contract with o2 which I got on Friday (purchased from mobiles.co.uk). Each time I log in I just get the error 'You don't have any products or services in this My O2 account.'
Is this common for new accounts?

I already had a preexisting O2 login prior to the contract as I purchased something from them back in 2014. When I logged in on Friday it asked for my phone number which I entered. Any screen after that point just comes up with that error.
I'm waiting for my number to port into O2 still so once that is in place i'll give them a call.
Cheers.

Slightly different circumstances here..
When I bought a payg phone, I had to sign up and enter my new number myself!
anomaly or O2.. you decide!!

You may have a new password for the new account @Anonymous
Worth checking with CS.

The issue is resolved but it seems to have been a bit of a mess. I used the online chat and someone transfered the account details for my phone number into my account. All looks well apart from I had to setup a new password and now this forum account is also new. I also can't reuse my previous forum alias it seems hence me replying from this account now.
Either way, I got what I was after.
