I have 2 mobiles linked to My o2. I previously had a iPhone 7 & a Microsoft 950 XL linked to o2.
Now I changed my iPhone 7 to a iPhone xs but for whatever reason the iPhone 7 still shows in my o2. What can I do for my iPhone xs to show instead of my old iPhone 7

In the myo2 app you can manually change it and on the website as well

I had to add my Note 8 myself.
I originally thought it was because I had bought the phone outright from Amazon.
Then realised my previous two devices were also bought the same way and they changed automatically, so it was a new 'system'....

Had to update mine the last two times on the edit pencil. It did update to 'unknown' device so who knows the idiosyncrosies of the system these days. Hit and miss doesn't quite cover it....
