I have 2 mobiles linked to My o2. I previously had a iPhone 7 & a Microsoft 950 XL linked to o2.
Now I changed my iPhone 7 to a iPhone xs but for whatever reason the iPhone 7 still shows in my o2. What can I do for my iPhone xs to show instead of my old iPhone 7

Hi everyone, I've double checked on my end whether My O2 automatically detects a new device or not and when, and received the following information:
My O2 should automatically pull the device name data through within 28 days of an upgrade. However you can update this information manually in My O2 if required, as explained above
Thanks to all of you for the replies and suggestions so far, and I hope this helps!

Does it update if the device is brought from elsewhere?
So if I decided to get the OP6+, but got it from Amazon or OP, would My o2 pick that up @EmilieT?
My Note 8 didn't @gmarkj
It was bought from Amazon. I had to add it myself.
Prior to this my 2 previous phones (Note 3 and Note 4) were bought sim free and unlocked and neither from O2....and those two DID update...

Ah. So completely failed then.
Must away to check mine really (not that it's terribly important...)
I think it's a recent change to the system (or a glitch)
As I said, neither of my previous phones were bought from O2 and they updated within a week or so after I changed over...

Many thanks for everyone's replies. I have attempted to change /add my new iphone xs in Myo2 but it still shows as a iPhone 7, so I've given up trying to remedy the issue.
