Hi, so I have a rolling monthly sim contract for my phone (phone has been paid off) which has 10GB data, unlimited texts and unlimited minutes. I bought a Samsung watch4 online yesterday and now in "my o2" it is just showing the watch contract info and nothing about my phone, its also charged me for making phone calls on my phone yesterday even though I have unlimited minutes on my phone contract. Would this be because i havent linked my phone to the watch yet? Or do you think its an issue i will need to call for? I've tried the chat but never seem to get a reply

Sounds like you have upgraded, your phone to a watch.
Best thing to do is contact o2 If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or call 0344 809 0202 from another phone and they might be able to undo the issue.

It was never an upgrade though I bought the watch as a seperate thing and also got text from o2 saying it had changed me over to 02 refresh 1GB?
