I recently travelled to Morocco. O2 sent a text confirming the £3/min call charges and £1/text. I was unable to change my zero spend cap and therefore thought I had no option but to buy a Zone 3 100mb bolt on for £26. I had good access to wifi and did not need any data. Can I claim a refund?

Thanks. For future reference is there a way to change a zero spend cap when you're abroad please? I followed instructions but kept getting an 'access denied' message.

You can change your spend cap in My O2.
Perhaps do it a couple of days before you travel
