They're never fully aligned between Android and iOS but I suspect an Android update is imminent.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @LukeC  and all, regarding the new My O2 version you were discussing above.

You may remember back in April we communicated in advance about a new My O2 update that some of you may now have. This was part of a very gradual roll-out. This update has been paused and we’ll be rolling it out again in the coming weeks and months, so keep your eyes peeled for it. We’ll give you a heads up when it’s due to re-start, though. I keep receiving updates for bug fixes on myo2 in iOS 12
