Hi there is anyone else having problems with their my o2 account on their phones because I have a family member having problems with their phone account as he cannot access his account to see how much data calls and texts left in his phone account to use hes been trying to access it for the past few weeks but unfortunately he has asked me to go to the shop in my local town centre to see if they can help him out with it but unfortunately we couldn't get anywhere with it does anyone else think it is possible for me get hold of access to his o2 phone account besides I am not ringing the customer service number up after what that person said to me on the phone a few months ago does anyone know when the application will be back up and running again please alls I got reply from the phone shop staff saying oh it will take about a month to get hold of it

The MyO2 app can play up - force stop, uninstall, reboot phone and reinstall (make sure your phone and app store updates are all current as well) @Louise_roche
