I ordered an apple pencil Gen 1, and it said it would take up to 3 weeks to collect from store (delayed). I made the order, and the next day later, was told it was out of stock, and they would text me when they have an updated delivery date.
I went on the apple pencil gen 1 page again, and it says ready to collect in 2-3 days
Despite this, there has been no update on my order. I cannot track the order as it's an accessory, so not sure what to do. I don't want to cancel the order, rather go through with it but I'm not sure if my order has gone through properly, since there has been no updates.

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
