ordered a phone on Monday can’t see it in my orders is it just me or do other people have this problem?

I have spoken to the sales team about it ins oscillating media they said if a known issue they’re trying to sort I was just making sure it isn’t just me. 
also when I ask them to look at my

order status after the email confirmation the line either hangs up or they stop messaging on social media.

Be persistent if using FB Messenger to communicate with O2's Social Media team, @Niy 

Note O2's systems usually update overnight, so check again this morning.
