Notifications for voicemail are taking days to come through. A notification of a voicemail left about 1800

last Friday 8th December was received at 0900 was received topday Monday 11th December.

I have the same problem with text messages that take a couple of hours to come through.

I have full mobile signal strength, 1Gb Virgin broadband and have not left home in the last seven days.

What is the matter with your service?

@Dejo80

This is a customer to customer forum, so we dont know, but my notifications for voicemails are instant..

A few things to look at Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received)

You can always reach out to customer services, If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , or call 202 from your phone or 0344 809 0202 they should be able to help you with this

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Thank you for your reply. I knew that this was the community and thought that others may be experiencing the same problem. I have since telephoned O2 and they have checked everything and finally told me that engineers are working within my post code area. I don't think that this is the answer to my problem as it is not a new one. A 63 hour delay was the limit of my patience.
